Joni is the MD of The BizComm® Group. Joni started out in Marketing & Sales working for: Unilever, Kimberley Clark & Bristol Myers Squibb. She then left the hustle and bustle of the corporate world to establish her own leadership training / skills development business in 1996.Joni currently facilitates, coaches & speaks locally & internationally (literally from Cape to Cairo as well as other funky places like Columbia, Mexico and good ‘ole New York! )

Alan Mann is the product of a long and varied military / civilian career and is a retired South African Special Forces Operator. In addition to the valuable practical skills and experience he gained over the course of many years, has also had exposure to a great number of hand-to-hand combat styles in many different countries.Alan became the very first IKI instructor to be certified in South Africa and was also instrumental in forging the first links with Moshe Katz of Israeli Krav International (IKI) in Ma’alah Adumim, Israel.
